a decent hotel for umrah

i had two rooms booked (for the family) and the reception was very helpful. they ensured we got rooms right next to each other with one shared entrance. it seemed like a big suite. check-in was smooth, and check-out was also fast. the rooms were clean and well taken care of. the housekeeping team was polite too.

the bathrooms felt old and almost falling apart. the carpets and curtains look old. the furniture seemed outdated too.

the location offered unparalleled access. elevators directly connected the hotel to the haram after the entrance, a convenient design. there were fancy elevators and vintage decor inside my room. i also liked the room's control panel.

my visit was almost perfect, but i did find the room service to be a bit slow at times.

The staff demonstrated courteousness and attentiveness throughout my stay. Their service was fantastic. the front desk team, under the leadership of mr yazeed abuharba, was really good. mrs jowher at the reception was very helpful!!!

prime location cute staff beautiful prayer room

i appreciated the hotel's prime location. it is close to the masjid al-haram. the staff was polite and cute (they provided great service). the prayer room within the hotel was beautiful and useful when masjid al-haram was busy.
